Why we want you on the team:
The Account Manager role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management and sales skills. This role focuses on post-sales of Mid-Sized and Chain Stores, to work efficiently and optimally with the POC (Point of Contact) by deepening the relationship to increase retention as well as grow revenue and expand the Lula footprint.
What you will be doing:
Build processes and standardize best practices within merchant success and your named account territory
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success on managing the relationship, issues, and questions of merchants.
Track merchants month over month to understand their success, issues, or opportunities.
KPI-centric methodology: Tracking – retention, upselling opportunities.
Excel in hands-on customer retention and training of new technology features or products.
Become an expert in presenting Lula Technology and become an SME to your client.
Act as an ambassador of Lula’s mission, brand, and product.
Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and webinar meetings.

Experience selling to one or more of these specific sectors is highly desired: Distribution Centers, Fulfillment Warehousing, Food Manufacturing, and Distribution, Logistics, Warehousing, Restaurants, and C-stores.

Have a passion for innovative technology and can speak comfortably about current trends in the market.
Genuine, humble, and intellectually curious to learn.
Have operated in a remote role and you are comfortable setting your own sales cadence.
Know how to present the value of a solution by asking thoughtful questions that assess business and technical pain points.
Hold an ability to educate key stakeholders around innovation.
What you have done:
At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions.
Lead an analysis-driven negotiation process.
Proven closing skills.
Experience operating in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills.
Possess a strong record of accomplishment in achieving sales goals.
Experience selling SaaS B2B software with 1-3 month sales cycles.
Experience using HubSpot CRM, AirCall, Slack
Huge plus if you have experience calling on convenience stores, retail, restaurants, or similar stores.
