 Responsibilities:

  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Microsoft Excel, Trello, HubSpot, Onboard.io, and Lula Database

  • Work closely with Operations Team, Onboarding Team, and Customer Success Team.

  • Create digital menus by digitizing physical inventory, conduct visual and measurement tests

  • Quality control inspection to approve incoming menus by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable store menus (Improper images, grammatical errors, categories, items, pricing).

  • Reverify if needed and complete documentation to confirm the final work product.

  • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.

  • Upload Menus onto delivery store platforms

  • Quality control inspection on delivery store platforms to verify if information/menus are correct

  • In-depth understanding of company standards.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices.

  • Understanding of target market and consumer needs.

  • Teamwork and collaboration.

  • Additional duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years in a digitization assistant role within the retail, software, or supply chain space

  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office

  • Documentation and reporting skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Keen attention to detail

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience using Trello, HubSpot CRM, AirCall, Slack

  • Huge plus if you have experience calling on convenience stores, retail, restaurants, or similar stores
