Understand the value and the ups and downs of building something great.
Responsibilities:
Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Microsoft Excel, HubSpot, Lula Database.
Work closely with Operations Team, Onboarding Team, and Customer Success Team.
Approve incoming menus by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable store menus (Improper images, grammatical errors, categories, items, pricing).
Reverify if needed and complete documentation to confirm the final work product.
Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
Review delivery store platform menus and verify information/menus are correct
Review delivery store platform promotions are online and functional
Track digital inventory completion from start to finish
Collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to check for bugs and test platforms
In-depth understanding of company standards.
Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices.
Understanding of target market and consumer needs.
Teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years in a quality control role within the retail, software, or supply chain space
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
Documentation and reporting skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Keen attention to detail
Nice to Haves:
Experience using HubSpot CRM, AirCall, Slack

Huge plus if you have experience calling on convenience stores, retail, restaurants, or similar stores
